        ZION Media Group was founded in 2005 by Jeremiah St. James, who, after years in secular media, decided it was time to take all the best of Top40 mainstream broadcasting and apply those techniques and methods to a Faith-based and culturally relevant station... ZIONFM

        Since it’s inception, the ZIONFM staffers have had the ultimate goal of creating a new kind of Christian radio that young adults were proud to call their own. We wanted a station that sounded just as cool, hip and modern as our secular counterparts, but maintained all the ethics you’d expect from a Faith-based organization.

        We like to call our station and idea “a new breed of Faith-based entertainment!”  Our production team has developed the ZIONFM brand and broadcast station to reach the masses in a culturally relevant, yet biblically based way. Partnered with today’s hottest bands, artists and labels, we are bringing energy, entertainment and the Word of God to a global audience beautifully packaged in a hip and fun environment. Teenagers to young adults to experienced professionals across our country are proud to claim ZIONFM as their own!

        We want to give our listeners a witnessing tool and source of empowerment that they are not ashamed of. They don’t turn down the volume out of embarrassment when their friends show up. The tell us every day they crank us up loud and proud!

        As a matter of fact, we have plans in development to bring ZIONFM physically to various markets around the country in a way that no broadcast media outlet has ever done in the past. Our team is constantly breaking ground on new ideas and avenues to reach this generation and create a brand that is consistently in the forefront of the minds of our audience every day.
